The Phoenix Boys Choir (PBC) was created to give boys the opportunity to sing, to work together as artists and to express themselves artistically. We continue a long tradition of boys singing music created especially for them, a tradition that shows the special and ethereal sound of the unchanged boy's voice. For most American boys who want to sing, there aren't many opportunities like the PBC.

Our programs feature training in voice, music theory, and performance for boys ages 7-18. Each year, we offer a full season of concert performances offering a wide repertoire from classical to popular selections. We tour domestically and internationally, participate in music festivals, and sing with other professional groups.

The Phoenix Boys Choir has a rich 73-year history that has been a source of community pride for our region. We have performed with the Phoenix Symphony, Arizona Opera, Phoenix Chorale, and Orpheus Chorus, along with performing for four U.S. presidents. We have been honored to participate in many iconic local and national events including Alice Cooper's Christmas Pudding and Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. We have won a Grammy Award and our recording of "Somewhere over the Rainbow" was featured in the trailer for the 75th Anniversary re-release of "The Wizard of Oz."
