• Our mission is to create a safe and entertaining environment where fans of all kinds can come together. As such, we have a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.
  • Harassment includes, but is not limited to; making unwanted and/or discriminatory advances on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, physical appearance, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable federal or state laws, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, disruption of events, inappropriate physical contact, un-welcomed sexual attention or other verbal or physical conduct of a discriminatory nature, or by creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment by engaging in such conduct
  • If you feel you are being harassed, witness someone else being harassed or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the Saboten Con staff immediately. Saboten Con staff has the ability to contact security or local law enforcement, and can provide police or security escort, or otherwise assist those feeling they have experienced harassment to ensure they feel safe for the duration of the convention.
  • No individual shall be intimidated, threatened, coerced, or discriminated against for filing a complaint, furnishing information, or for participating in any manner in an investigation or any other activity related to the administration of the laws and regulations and/or this policy to ensure the appropriate treatment of all who come to Saboten Con.
  • Saboten Con staff has sole discretion in determining what constitutes harassment under this policy and reserves the right to take immediate action against anyone who violates this policy, up to and including expulsion (with no refund) and possible legal action.
  • All Attendees, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Volunteers, Staff, and Guests of Saboten Con are also subject to this zero tolerance harassment policy.
  • Note anyone trying to enter the event without a ticket or badge or attempting to assist someone to enter illegally will be detained until a law enforcement agent is summoned and charges will be brought against the violator(s)
